Locums – Marquette, Michigan, Gastroenterology Job Clinical Role: Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! Coverage Dates:
  • 3/10/25 (7am) – 3/17/25 (7am)
  • 3/28/25 (7am) – 4/1/25 (7am)
  • 4/22/25 (7am) – 7/25/25 (7am)
Monday - Friday 9-hour shift with an hour lunch (8 hours billable) with 15-hour call shift overnight Weekend call 24 hours Phone consults: 2-4 Call Patients Seen: up to 12/day 20 minutes call response time required Assigned/Unassigned Patients Locum provider will not have a scribe for this assignment and will be responsible for all charting and work completion without an assistant joining them throughout the day Locum provider will be required to review all of their pathology and complete the line of work by communicating with the nurses the letters they want to send their patients with results and follow up recommendations The site is looking for complete block coverage. They will only consider providers with full availability of the dates needed and not partial Hospital/procedures + call Skills required:
  • EGD
  • Colonoscopy
  • pH studies
  • manometry
  • sigmoidoscopy
  • PEG/PEG-J tube placement
ERCP/EUS PERFERRED
  • 4 procedure rooms/Endo Suites
  • Olympus
  • Hydrogen breath testing
  • Capsule endoscopy
  • Paragon & EndoPro EMR
  • Propofol
