Job Responsibilities
- Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and other related diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Collaborate with the hospital's surgical and oncology teams for the management of complex cases.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care protocols and guidelines.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
- Engage in community outreach and education efforts as needed.
- Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in endoscopic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
