- Board Certified Required
- Fellowship Preferred
- Active IN License Required/Compact License
- Active DEA Required
- Active IN CSR Required
- ACLS, BLS Required
- ERCP and EUS Required
- Call
- In House
- 30 Minute Response Time
- EMR
- Cerner / Athena
