Medicus has partnered with a reputable hospital in northern Virginia that has an opening for a Gastroenterologist to assist their team.
Opening Highlights:
- Schedule: 24-hour beeper call shifts, Monday 8a to the following Monday 8a, specific dates
- Callbacks: 3-5 per week
- Patient Volume: 5-10 per day
- Setting: Inpatient, 14 ORs
- Procedures: Diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, upper GI endoscopy, lower GI endoscopy, biopsies, sigmoidoscopies, colonoscopies, insertion and management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube, etc.
- Team: 3 MDs
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
