Join an established well-respected multispecialty group of 150+clinicians (roughly 100 physicians and 50 APPs/other professionals) residents for over 100 years. Physician owned and operated. Incoming physicians will be a pre-shareholder for the first 2 years, then they are invited to become shareholders. The shareholder contract is evergreen. Each shareholder owns 1 share; everyone is equal.

- Clinic day = 20 scheduled patients per day
- Clinic has procedure room
- 2-3days in OR or ASC
- Average 100-120 procedures per month

- Some ERCP volume available
