An established health system in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens role, working across both clinic and procedural settings. Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive gastrointestinal care, including consultations, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions.
Conduct clinic visits and perform a range of GI procedures, including endoscopies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in both inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure quality patient care.
Rotate between outpatient clinic and hospital settings as required.
Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

MD/DO with board certification in Gastroenterology.
Active and unrestricted medical license.
Strong proficiency with GI procedures and comfort in both clinic and hospital settings.
Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred.

Working Hours

Access to a variety of GI cases and procedures in a supportive, resource-rich setting.
Some telehealth appointments may be required.
Schedule
Full-time schedule with flexible clinic and procedural hours.
Scheduled clinic hours with call coverage as needed.
