  • Hospital Stroke Certified
  • Assigned/Unassigned Patients
  • 30 Minute call response time required
  • Phone Consults: 2
  • Call Patients Seen: 4
  • Admissions: 2
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Active NM License
  • Fellowship Preferred
  • BLS Required
  • Trauma Level II, IV
  • EMR: MediTech
