**Locums Gastroenterologist - Oklahoma City, OK**
**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: 11/11/2024 - Ongoing
**Position Details**
- Coverage type: Call only
- Call type: Beeper, 15-minute response time
- Patients per shift: 15-20 + 5 procedures
- Average calls while on call: 0-10 (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Call back: 1-3 times overnight per week
- Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients
- Facility accepting multiple providers: Yes
**Submissions Requirements**
- Active OK state license or IMLC: Yes
- Board certified/board eligible: Yes

**Skill Requirements**
- ACLS required
- Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeder required
- ERCP diagnostic and therapeutic required
- PEG insertion required
- Esophageal dilatation/manometry and interpretation required
- Small bowel biopsy required
- Sigmoidoscopy (flexible and rigid) required
- Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp required
- Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube required
