DESCRIPTION:

· Start April 1 and provide coverage ongoing for a MINIMUM of 2 weeks per month

· Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with a 60-minute lunch

· Standard clinic responsibilities to include pathology review, referrals and answering questions the PA might have – though direct supervision is not a requirement.

· 14-16 patients per shift

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· Active WA License or IMLC (LOQ in hand)

· Board Certified

· DEA

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
