Gastroenterologist - Central Washington

Location: Wenatchee, Washington

Position Overview:

Join a highly respected, physician-owned and led organization in the scenic Wenatchee Valley, known for its family-friendly community, excellent schools, and a thriving outdoor lifestyle. The region offers year-round sunshine, a strong economy, and a growing downtown filled with breweries, wineries, and restaurants. Wenatchee is just 2.5 hours by car or 45 minutes by air to Seattle, making it a great location for those seeking balance between work and leisure.

Position Overview:

  • Our team consists of eight intellectually curious and well-trained physicians (four general GI, two therapeutic GI, one hepatologist, one motility specialist) and six advanced practice providers.
  • First-year pay range: $572,223 to $602,340 plus RVU bonus opportunity.
  • Full-time position.
  • Call is 1:8 when fully staffed.
  • Approximately 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits, with 14–16 procedures per day.
  • Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions).
  • GI team rotates to the outlying Confluence Health clinics, including Omak and Moses Lake.
  • Epic electronic medical record.

Community Highlights:

  • Enjoy 300 days of sunshine per year in a community offering excellent outdoor sports opportunities like skiing, hiking, jogging, and cycling.
  • Strong ties to the University of Washington.
  • High-speed fiber optic network, attracting telecommuters from Seattle.
  • Family-friendly atmosphere with great schools and a thriving economy.

This is a great opportunity to work in a flexible, collaborative environment while enjoying the benefits of living in a beautiful and active community.
