Enterprise Medical Recruiting assists a physician-owned, multi-specialty group in central Washington in adding a Gastroenterologist to its eight physicians and 6 APPs team.
Opportunity Highlights
- 4-day work week (or 5-day if desired)
- 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits
- 14-16 procedures/day on average
- Shared Q8 general call
- Cover one hospital for consults
- Two satellite Clinical locations – Moses Lake and Omak
- Advanced Fellowship preferred – Procedures include EUS, ERCP, EMR/ESD, Cystogastrostomy, and POEM
- EPIC EMR
- J1 candidates welcomed
Compensation & Benefits
- 570-600K guarantee based on experience and skill, then RVU productivity
- Partnership track after one year
- 40K Sign-on bonus
