Schedule
- Clinic coverage
- Monday-Thursday
- 8a-4:30p
- 20-25 days per month of outpatient clinic coverage needed
Clinical Details
- Setting: Outpatient, Clinic
- Duties: EGD, EVS, General GI cases
- Blocked OR time M, W, Th 7:30am- 12pm, then is in clinic for OP consults/ follow up appts
- Morning in the endoscopy suite and afternoon in the clinic
- ERCP done during OR time, only a few of these are done per month
- Anesthesia support: in the OR and outpatient endoscopy suites
- 8-14 scheduled procedures per clinic day
Requirements
- Board Certified Gastroenterology
- Active UT license - Highly Preferred
- Active BLS
- Gastro Fellowship
- Active DEA
- will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked
- Must note if able to perform ERCP
- Clean malpractice - Highly Preferred
- Clean Background
- Required Procedures: General GI cases
