- Practice Setting: Endoscopy suite, office
- Required Procedures: Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower Endoscopy, Upper Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, and Insertion/Management of Seng taken/Blakemore Tube.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
