Mayo Clinic Health System - La Crosse WI is seeking locum provider coverage. Looking for talented gastroenterologists to join our team.
a. WI state license.
b. What boards are accepted? Gastroenterology board certified
c. Life Certifications needed: ACLS, BLS
d. Epic experience and computer skills are essential.
e. Experience required, will accept new grads
- Order Description: Mayo Clinic in La Crosse WI is looking for locum gastroenterology coverage. Shift information: Minimum need: (1) 24/7 on-call week Friday 5P-Friday 5P [prefer every 5th week, but can be flexible and work around providers schedule] --OR-- 1-week/month of endoscopy procedures M-F 7:30A-4:30p (Example schedule: If you want to work 2 weeks in a row, the second week would be in Endoscopy).
- Duration of Assignment: Currently 1 year.
- EMR: Epic
- On-Call required
- Average # of patients per shift: Endoscopy 10-14, hospital varies
- Patient Demographic: Adults & Geriatric
- Team Structure: 4 MDs 5 APPs
- Decision Makers: Operations Administrator, Operations Manager, Dept Chair
- Travel/lodging is covered. $60 food per diem per day
