- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, trauma level 3 and PEDs level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. This is an elective/outpatient endoscopy coverage request - but the procedures will be done in an inpatient OR setting, Monday - Friday (or as available). No Anesthesia support; all cases are IVCS! Conscious sedation privileges are required. Up to 15 cases are scheduled each day/8-hour shift. One room with two RNs (one providing sedation; one circulating). Start time 0730. A physician is responsible for communicating biopsy results for all procedures to the patient directly – or routed through the designated clinic. Must coordinate additional steps to include referrals, follow-ups, and additional imaging as may be necessary. EPIC training (or successful test-out) required.
