- Schedule is Monday 7am - Friday 7pm call. No weekend call

- MI license: Required (will only accept IMLC when dates are 60+ days out with proof of LOQ for IMLC)
- Board certified: Required, will not accept BE
- ERCP: Required
- DEA: Required at time of start
