Work Details:
· Support staff: Endoscopy Staff of Nurse and Tech
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-Time Coverage
· Patients per day: TBD
· Patient population/age: Adult
· Department description: Gastroenterology
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital bed size: 348
· Special procedures: Preferably advanced skills in Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) & Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
· Skills required: All GI and Hepatology including ERCPs. Tertiary hospitals accepting transfers from community hospitals

· Board Certification: Yes, Gastroenterology
· License required: Yes, State of TN
· DEA: TBD
· CSR: TBD
· Certifications required: BLS
· Minimum experience required: 2 years’ experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days; If provider has a clean background and TN license in hand provider can be granted emergency privileges
