Gastroenterology Needed/45 minutes south of Champaign, Illinois

Healthcare United is seeking a full-time BC/BE Gastroenterologist, a full-time GI Hospitalist, two part-time Gastroenterologists, and one full-time APP to join a dynamic team in Coles County, Illinois, just 45 minutes south of Champaign. The practice offers flexibility with options for a 4-day workweek in a traditional setting or a 7 on/7 off GI hospitalist schedule. The office is conveniently attached to the hospital, ensuring easy access to inpatient consults.

Requirements:

• BC/BE in Gastroenterology
• Strong clinical skills in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Flexibility to choose between a traditional practice or hospitalist role
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $600,000 + bonus based on RVU production
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
• Retention Bonus: $60,000 total, paid in increments of $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2, & 3
• Quality Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary, eligible upon earning the base salary
• Time Off: Varies based on practice type
• CME Allowance: $6,000 annually
• Call Schedule: 1:3
