We need full coverage. We prefer the physicians who can cover the most shifts. |
Can Sparrow provide any patient volumes? |
20-22 patient encounters per day (5 follow ups, 10-12 new patients, 2-4 procedures) at night – typically come into the hospital 1 in 7 nights while on call |
Will there be NP/PA’s there to support in surgical cases? |
No – the APPs will not be doing surgery. |
