PRACTICE
• 7/on 7/off block schedule. Each shift is 24 hours (business hours in-house, night call from home).
• Monday-Friday, 2 APP's in-house to help with rounding/consults
• 8-10 consults per day
• 3-6 procedures per day
• Must help with screening colonoscopies for community need
• Night call volumes are still TBD
FINANCIAL
• Compensation has traditionally been shift work pay but can discuss.
• Up to $80,000 in recruitment bonuses (sign-on and relocation), profit sharing, 401k and competitive benefits
• High potential income yet lower cost of living area, making your dollars stretch.
• Qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
