Clinical Role:

- October 2024 – Ongoing Need
- 24-hour call coverage - 7a-7a
- 7 shifts per month minimum starting October
- Setting: Outpatient, Call, Inpatient
- Trauma Level III
- Duties: EGD, EVS
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech, Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech
- Reason for Coverage: Provider resigning
- EMR Required Training: This site requires Modules and EMR Virtual training only
- No onsite training required
- Anesthesia support in OR
- Board Certified Gastroenterology – Required
- Active UT license – Highly Preferred or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
- Active BLS - Required for credentialing
- Gastro Fellowship - Required
- Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
