Schedule Details: 5x9-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Mon-Fri: 8a – 5p (clinic)
**DAILY RATE includes onsite support for the above shift times, which could vary slightly, but include everything
In the AM they will be in the office doing outpatient and the afternoon until 5 will go to the hospital and see inpatient consults and procedures, as necessary.
Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time
Patients per day: 14
Patient population/age: Adult
Department description: Combination of hospital rounding, clinic and consults. 7 exam rooms. No admissions.
EMR: EPIC
Technology: Pill Camera (No lab or x-ray on site)
Hospital bed size: 169
Special procedures: PEG (preferred)
Skills required: GI Endoscopy (upper and lower) w/biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs laser), banding of varices, Esophageal dilation/manometry, small bowel biopsy, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy w/biopsy and excision of polyp.
The following procedures are not required: Internal Medicine, ERCP, EUS, Liver biopsy, Esophageal manometry interpretation or Insertion/mgmt. of Sengstaken or Blakemore tube.
Practice Setting: Hospital – Acute Care
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days w/license; 120 days without

1 Physician in practice, 2 mid-levels. No lab or X-ray on-site.
Office staff; 2 CMA's, 2 RN's, 2 Registration Staff, 1 Office Supervisor

State license: SC (Willing to license)
DEA: Yes
CSR: No
Certifications required: BLS
