• Week 2 Schedule - Aug 1-2, Aug 12-Aug 16, Aug 26- Aug 30, Sept 9-13, Sept 23-27, Oct 7-11, Oct 21-25, Nov 4-8, Nov 18-22, Dec 2-6, Dec 16-20, Dec 30-31
• Group Call weekends - Aug 2, Aug 9, Aug 23, Sept 6, Sept 20, Oct 4, Oct 18, Nov 1, Nov 15, Nov 29, Dec 13, Dec 27
• Night Call: Monday - Thursday

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Setting: Suburban
• FTE: 1.0
• # Providers Needed: 1
• Duties: General Gastroenterology Inpatient and Outpatient Service
• Required Procedures: EGD, Colonoscopy with biopsy, cautery
• EMR: Epic
• Patients per Day: 20 in clinic, 4 to 10 inpatient
• Support Staff: MA/LVN, Office Assistant, Practice Manager
• Reason for Coverage: GI provider on FMLA

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certification or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
• TX State License - REQUIRED
• GI Fellowship - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED
• Local, no flights
