Job Description

Busy GI office in need of a full time Gastroenterologist to provide full locum coverage.

  • Start as soon as credentialed
  • # of patients per day: 10-15 patients a day if working full days. Procedures range between 10-12 procedures, full days in the Endo Suite or Ambulatory center.
  • Call coverage week: 7 days straight, starting Monday 7am to Monday 7am. (24/7 - 7 days a week). Call is not guaranteed; varies from week to week
  • Office is open 8:00-5:00 M-Th, 8:00 – 12:00 Fridays.
  • Procedures are done M-Th 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.
  • Friday's procedures are done 7:30 am – 1:00 pm.
  • Pay: $340/hr.
  • EMR: Epic

Job Responsibilities

Gastroenterologist to provide full service to the practice. This includes office visits with all patients, procedures performed in the hospital and Ambulatory Center. Flexibility of work schedules, Ability to work with a well-seasoned team to accomplish the work to be done.

• Skills required: Standard Colonoscopies, EGDs, Flex Slg, etc.; No ERCP or high-end services.

Qualifications

Board Certified
BLS and ACLS

Working Hours

Office is open 8:00-5:00 M-Th, 8:00 – 12:00 Fridays.
Varying call shifts: 7 days straight, starting Monday 7am to Monday 7am. Some weeks no call.

Skills
