Position Overview:
- General Gastroenterology Procedure Oriented
- EMR: Utilize Epic for seamless electronic medical record management.

Procedures: Conduct a variety of endoscopic and general GI procedures in a fully equipped endoscopy suite.

Patient Load: Expect variation in your weekly workload based on call rotations and personal FTE preferences. On average, physicians perform 35 procedures and see 17.5 clinic patients per week.

Compensation: Earn a competitive base salary annually during a 2-year guaranteed period. Starting from year 3, transition to a salary supplemented by RVU bonuses and productivity incentives, ensuring your earning potential aligns with your performance.
