- Position: Gastroenterologist
- Location: Westerly, RI
- Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
- Start Date: September 20, 2024
- Contract Length: 26 weeks
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (5 x 8-hour shifts per week)
- Shift Description: Day shift, with no weekends
- Coverage: Mixture of inpatient and outpatient, with night call (no weekends)
- Average Daily Census: 15-20 patients
- Patient Population: Adults
- Procedures: General GI cases (mostly endoscopies; no ERCP/EUS required)
- EMR System: EPIC
- Hospital Bed Size: 108
- Support Staff: Includes nurses and medical assistants
- Requirements:
- Board Certification in Gastroenterology
- State License in Rhode Island
- DEA Certification
- ACLS and BLS Certifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience
