**Advanced Gastroenterology opening in Wenatchee, WA**
**Position Overview:**
- Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions)
- Full-time position, 4 or 5-day schedule available
- Call is 1:8 when fully staffed
- 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits
- 14-16 procedures per day
- GI team rotates to the outlying Confluence Health clinics including Omak and Moses Lake, WA

**Compensation:**
- Initial term consists of a two-year salary guarantee. Following the initial term compensation structure will include wRVU production, productivity bonus, and quality incentives. Salary placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
- Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off
- Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
