DESCRIPTION:

· Schedule: Mon-Fri 1 week per month. Mon & Tues will be clinic and procedures; Wed-Fri will be procedures only.

· Call: Prefer 1-2 days per week (flexible)

· Required Skills: Upper GI, small bowel biopsy, lower GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy.

· Patients per day: TBD

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· Active WI License

· Board Certified

· BLS, ACLS, DEA, Covid Vaccine

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
