- 24hr call coverage, weekday business hours clinic coverage
- Outpatient clinic
- Practice EMR: ECW
- ERCP certification is an absolute must
- Required:
- Idaho Licensure required at time of submission
- Idaho Medical License
- Idaho Controlled Substance Registration
- Idaho DEA
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
