Required Procedures: Upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, Esophageal dilation/manometry, esophageal manometry interpretation small bowl biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, EUS, Liver biopsy, insertion and management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube
