- Oct 7 7am to Oct 14 7am Oct 21 7am to Oct 28 7am Nov 4 7am to Nov 15 7am Nov 25 7am to Dec 9 7am Dec 16 7am to Jan 1 7am
- Locums to work 24-hour shifts (including carrying the pager at night)
- 8 hours hospital coverage on site; 16 hours unrestricted call, may need to come into hospital while on call, 7a-7a
- For the 8-hour on-site hospital coverage – hours are 8:00-4:30
- The days they are working inpatient, they would have unrestricted call in the evening
- On Call Requirements: 1:4
- Practice Setting: Hospital-Based

- Will Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine be Required? No
- How Many Physicians in Your Group? 1
- EMR: Epic
- Trauma Level/Designation: 1
- Required Procedures: Colonoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
- Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy: Diagnostic, Therapeutic with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal
- We will provide an inpatient APP
- APPs will not be doing surgery
- We need full coverage. We prefer the physicians who can cover the most shifts
- 20-22 patient encounters per day (5 follow ups, 10-12 new patients, 2-4 procedures)
- ERCPs Preferred, but not required
- Surgical cases per day in the inpatient setting: 2-4
- Provider must take an Epic training prior to start - can fill out waiver if they have years of experience
- Orientation prior to start is required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required (need to be boarded within 5 years of training)
- MI License- Required, no exceptions
- Clean malpractice and background - Required, no exceptions
- COVID Vaccine - Required
- DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
