Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency – Required
• Active IA License or IMLC – Required
• ACLS – Required
• Provider must be willing/able to work inpatient – Required
• ERCP – Required
• EUS – highly preferred
• COVID Vaccine – Required
• Clean Malpractice/Background – Strongly Preferred (Documentation for any settled/pending cases must be uploaded at time of name clear)
