• 2-hour drive to St. Louis and Indianapolis – 3 Hour drive to Downtown Chicago

• Will cover call for on weeks – Minimal call back – At home call

Compensation:

• 725K Base salary
• 60K Retention (20K per year over 3 years)
• 75K sign on
• Aggressive Hospital funded retirement plan
  • Hospital contributes $36,250 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5
  • Hospital contributes $72,500 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6
• Additional 403b with 4 percent match
• Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
• 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
