JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Reason for Coverage: 2 locums beginning 6 month break
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- IA license or IMLC (must be in hand) - REQUIRED
- GI Fellowship – REQUIRED
- Availability at time of name clear – REQUIRED
- Must include a copy of IMLC at time of name clear
