Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency – Required
• Active IA License or IMLC – Required
• ACLS – Required
• Provider must be willing/able to work outpatient – Required
• Willingness to work some inpatient shifts – highly preferred please note if they are willing or not at the time of name clear
• EGD Colonoscopy – Required note how many years of experience
• ERCP & EUS – highly preferred
• COVID Vaccine – Required
• Clean Malpractice/Background – Strongly Preferred (Documentation for any settled/pending cases must be uploaded at the time of name clear)
