Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency
• Active IA License or IMLC
• ACLS
• Must be willing to obtain conscious sedation privileges
• Provider must be willing/able to work outpatient. This role does not require any inpatient services
• EGD Colonoscopy – Required note how many years of experience
• COVID Vaccine
• Clean Malpractice/Background – Required (Documentation required at name clear. Facility will only consider candidates with 0-1 settled malpractice claims and if 1 claim must have been settled 5 or more years ago)
