      • 7/8/24 - 7/12/24 from 0700-0700 (0700 -1900 on 7/12)
      • 7/15/24 -7/19/24 from 0700-0700 (0700 -1900 on 7/19)
      • 8/26/24 -8/30/24 from 0700-0700 (0700 -1900 on 8/30)
      • 9/20/24 - 9/30/24 from 1700-0700 (any and all dates in this timeframe; can be split)
      • 9/30/24-10/4/24 from 0700-0700
      • 10/28/24-11/1/24 from 0700-0700
      • 11/22/24-12/2/24 from 0700-0700 (can be split up)
      • 12/9/24-12/13/24 from 0700-0700
      • 12/20/24-12/23/24 from 0700-0700
      • 12/27/24-12/30/24 from 0700-0700
    • This is a GI Hospitalist/inpatient GI call coverage request
    • GI will have an average of 5-8 procedures each day
    • This number includes up 5 elective, outpatient procedures that require Anesthesia support (not IVCS)
    • Average new inpatient consults per day: 3-6
    • Strongly prefer candidates who perform ERCP
    • Anesthesia availability: Anesthesia is readily available during the day shift. On weekends, usually two anesthesia teams are available in the morning and add-on GI are in the queue with all other surgical add-ons. If a gastroenterologist requires IV conscious sedation for a procedure, that is available as well
    • Physician is responsible for communicating biopsy results for all procedures to the patient directly – or routed through the designated clinic MA. Must coordinate additional steps to include referrals, follow-ups and additional imaging as may be necessary
    • EPIC training will be required
    • Hospital Stroke Certified
    • Phone Consults: 3-6
    • Call Patients Seen: 5-10
    • Assigned/Unassigned Patients
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible
    • Active WA License or IMLC Accepted
    • Fellowship Required
    • ACLS Required
    • Trauma Level III
    • EMR: Epic
