Opportunity: Seeking BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join established team
* Base Salary: $567,000
* Sign on Bonus-$75k
* Performance Incentive: Quality-5% of base compensation paid per year for achieving defined performance metrics
* Productivity Incentive: wRVU threshold 4124 with conversion faction of $137.66 this year
* Call Greater than 1:3: Paid at $1000 per 24 hours of unrestricted call
* Relocation Services: Up to $15,000 in approved relocation expenses (grossed up to cover tax liability);
* Allowed Time Off 40 days (320 hours) each fiscal year. This allowed time off covers all time off including vacation, holidays, personal days, and continuing education.
The Clinic will offer the following:
