DESCRIPTION:

· Elective/outpatient endoscopy coverage request – procedures will be done in an inpatient OR setting. All cases are IVCS.

· Conscious sedation privileges required

· Average patients per day: 13-16

· Physician is responsible for communicating biopsy results for all procedures to the patient directly – or routed through the designated clinic MA. Must coordinate additional steps to include referrals, follow-ups, and additional imaging as may be necessary.

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· Active WA license or IMLCC

· Board Certified or eligible

· BLS, ACLS, DEA

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
