**Position Overview:**_x000D_

- Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions)_x000D_
- Full-time position, 4 or 5-day schedule available_x000D_
- Call is 1:8 when fully staffed_x000D_
- 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits_x000D_
- 14-16 procedures per day_x000D_
- GI team rotates to the outlying Confluence Health clinics including Omak and Moses Lake, WA_x000D_

**Compensation:**_x000D_
_x000D_
- Initial term consists of a two-year salary guarantee. Following the initial term compensation structure will include wRVU production, productivity bonus, and quality incentives. Salary placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications._x000D_
- Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off_x000D_
- Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000_x000D_
- Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years_x000D_
