BC Gastroenterologist

Location: San Angelo TX

Excellent Compensation

Key Details:

Schedule: Monday to Monday, 7:00 am to 7:00 am
Coverage for 4 GI outpatient physicians

This is a full-time position with a 24-hour call schedule.

As a GI Hospitalist, your primary responsibilities will include performing consults and procedures, with a focus on ERCPs.

No admissions required, as general Hospitalists handle admissions
No support from an APP (Advanced Practice Provider)
GI lab in the hospital with adequate support staff
Mostly adult patients, exact breakdown not available
Average workday: Rounds or procedures starting at 7:00 am, with an average hospital stay of 8-10 hours.
Some weeks may be busier than others, with an average of 4 gratis hours

Need active TX state license.

All expenses are covered (Travel, lodging, malpractice insurance etc.
