- Clinic setting: Hospital
- 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
- Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital
- Onsite lab
- Onsite XRay
- EMR: Cerner
- Hourly rate - "Per hour worked 7a-5p"
- Orientation rate - 1/2 the hourly rate for training/orientation/online modules
- On Call daily - covers the M-F 7a-5p plus night call
- Night call - "Per night to hold pager from 5p-7a"
- Weekend call - Saturday & Sunday "Per 24 hours of call, to include 4 gratis hours"
- Call back - "Per hour of patient call back hours"
- Holidays - 1.5x
- Conversion rate
Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use Kronos to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used.
Flight, car, fuel, mileage, hotel is a $150 cap (including taxes)
Do NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS All must be notated at time of name clear
- Rates and specific availability MUST be submitted at time of name clear - will not be sent over without

- Active MI license & CSR at time of submission
- Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is OK)
- All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience)
