JOB DESCRIPTION:
Health system in central Florida is seeking a BE/BC General Gastroenterologist to join the team. Opportunity to do advanced GI is available but not required.
2 GIs and 3 NPs currently in group
Cover only one hospital

HOSPITAL:
This hospital opened in 2013 and is a four-story building with 76 private beds and a six-bed private ICU. Our ED is approximately 19,500 sq. ft. and consists of 31 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance, and a helicopter pad.
We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, laboratory, pharmacy, and a full range of support services.
COMMUNITY:
Conveniently located approximately 30 minutes south of downtown Orlando, this has been one of the fastest growth areas for Central Florida over the past decade. Walt Disney World and Orlando International Airport are both within short driving distances.
Many lakes surround the area with one in particular being known for its bass fishing, birdwatching, and wildlife. Both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are located 90 minutes to the east and west for convenience day trips or a weekend getaway.
