Gastroenterologist Opportunity in Southern Coastal Town
- Practice Type: Gastroenterology within a not-for-profit, academically affiliated hospital.
- Location: A charming southern coastal town, renowned as a vacation destination.
- Team Structure: Join a collaborative team of 5 Gastroenterologists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Patient Volume: Manage approximately 16-18 patients per day in the clinic.
- Facilities: Access to state-of-the-art endoscopy suites within the hospital.
- Clinical Focus:
- General outpatient and inpatient endoscopy procedures.
- Skills in ERCP and EUS are valued, but not required.
- Schedule:
- Balanced rotation between clinic and endoscopy days.
- Typically, 2-3 days per week dedicated to scoping, depending on the rotation.
- Teaching Involvement: Opportunity to work with residents, contributing to academic and clinical education.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $550k-575k, based on experience.
- RVU Bonus: Potential to significantly increase earnings.
- Group Average Compensation: Exceeds $900,000.
- Bonuses: Sign-on and annual retention bonuses (~$25,000).
