This regional health system is seeking a dynamic GI to help build a highly sought-after gastroenterology program, offering financial security in the form of a highly competitive $772k never-ending base salary guarantee and tremendous autonomy.

Position Details:
• We are seeking an anchor physician to lead this GI group and are offering $772k guarantee with $900k+ proven earning potential, as well as the administrative and financial support to grow this practice as you see fit
• Very procedure-heavy general GI practice - maximize your time in the endo suite by having dedicated APP support run your clinic
• GI service area of 200k+
• 13,000+ proven wRVU's annually
• EUS and ERCP available if desired

Compensation & Benefits:
• Highly competitive $772k never-ending base salary plus $70/wRVU
• 7+ weeks PTO, signing bonus, relocation stipend, residency/fellow stipend
• Student loan reimbursement of $180k
• APP collaboration bonus of $10k-$16k per year
• Demonstrated earning potential of $900k+
