About Company
- 501 bed, level I trauma center, tertiary hospital, 74-bed ICU capacity
- Medical staff of more than 600 physicians including a full complement of subspecialty physicians
- The ICU is fortunate to have a full-time staff of dedicated critical care PAs.
- Point-of-care ultrasound is utilized, as well as other state of the art critical care skills.
- Medical/surgical, neurologic, cardiac and trauma ICUs
- Dedicated stroke center
- Interventional and neuro-interventional radiology
- Ion robot for bronchoscopy, navigational bronchoscopy and EBUS
- North Campus pulmonary clinic has associated infusion center

About the Position: Gastroenterologist
- total GI physicians and 1 midlevel servicing hospital
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in the clinic)
- 150-200 procedures per physician/per month
- Advanced caseload about 25% with opportunity to increase
- 7+ procedure rooms (7 currently utilized with other procedure rooms available)
- PENTAX equipment for all advanced procedures including EGD, Colonoscopes, ERCP and EUS
- Rooms set by block scheduling for the day
- All imaging resources on-site including CT, MRI, and ultrasound
- Interventional radiology available onsite
- Surgical backup available onsite from general surgery to help with biliary and pancreatic surgery
- One dedicated nurse per provider
- 1 week of IP call every 3 months, all over covered by GI Hospitalist.
Qualifications: Gastroenterologist
- Currently, Board Certified or Board Eligible
