**Gastroenterologist needed in Oswego, New York**
Located 20 miles from Syracuse; 70 miles from Rochester; 150 miles from Buffalo
**Position Details:**
~ Full time, permanent opening
~ Once the median threshold is met, the median RVU value will be paid past the median ($750k potential)
~ Schedule: M-F traditional schedule, can do some Saturdays, if desired. Can work as a team to decide schedule within clinic and procedures days/times
~ Primarily outpatient. Physicians do their own consults.
~ Call will be shared equally amongst MDs.
~ Number of other providers in group: 2 physicians, 2 fellows, and 1 PA
~ Patients per day: 16+
**Compensation and Benefits:**
~ Base salary ($550k-$800k) plus RVU bonus structure
~ Vacation time (per Contract Year): Paid Time Off: Twenty (22) days of Paid Time Off per year. Upon hire, 12 of the annual accrual is provided and the balance at 6 months. PTO cannot be saved from one year to the next and upon a change in status shall be applied pro rata (1/12th for each completed month) in accordance to the effective status change date.
~ CME Time (per Contract Year): Five (5) days of leave for CME related course work. CME reimbursement.
