-Location: Multiple locations in San Francisco

Bay area locations near Berkley and San Pablo bay

-Schedule: 5 days per week (may consider 3-4)

-Shift: Clinic Monday – Friday, 8a-5p

-Call: N/A

-Scope: Outpatient, adult only or all ages

-Patient volume: 15-20 per day

-Group: 5 other providers

-EMR: Epic experience required

-Affiliated Hospital: level I trauma

-Required: Board certified or board eligible with California license at time of application

Remote by telemedicine and may float to clinic site if needed

Provider musty be located in the UC DAVIS area

-Scope: Outpatient, All ages

-Patient volume: 15-20 per day
