-Schedule: Prefer fulltime Mon -Fri, open part time possibly

-Clinic hours: M-F, 8a-5p

-Scope: No call and no inpatient. 100% Outpatient

FP ( Cradle to grave) and Internal medicine (18 yo and up)

-EMR: Epic

-Group: FQHC facilities in Chicago

Clinics provide NP & PA, scribes

-Required: Board certified with active Illinois medical license
