Midwest town seeks Traditional Family Medicine provider

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Traditional Family Medicine

• Sign on: $120K
• Base Salary: $300K +production
• Additional weekend call paid at: $90.00 hr = $5,580
• Income Incentive:
  • Based upon collections over base salary. $425,000 = 47% of anything above that. At $500,000= 50% of anything above that.
• Student loan Repayment: Guaranteed
• CME: Paid
• PTO: TOTAL 57 days-32 days’ vacation + 200 hours of extended illness leave
• Medical Benefits: Paid with choice of plan
• Retirement: 403(B) +Match

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

• B/C Family Medicine/BE with ability to become BC

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Traditional Family Medicine

• 4-day work week 8am-5pm
• 14-16 patients per day
• Lots of support staff: 2 MD’s, 2 NP’s, 2 PA’s
• Call: 1 weekend a month Friday 5pm-Monday 7am. Weekday call shared with other providers. Coverage needed: ER/IP/Care Center 1-2 days a month
• Clinic, 12-bed IP unit w/swing beds, 36-bed housing unit for ages 62 and over, 2-bed ER
